FACILITIES 
Whitmere is located on 107 acres, surrounded by wooded areas.  Last year we installed four paddocks with all-weather footing for use in bad weather or for horses with limited turnout needs, which complement the existing nine grass turnout fields.  Horses can be turned out in pairs or individually, depending on your preference.

The main barn houses twelve stalls, approximately 12'x12' in size, a large center aisle, wash stall, trunk room, heated tack room, laundry and feed.  Each stall front is fully ventilated from floor to ceiling for maximum airflow and has a European V-front to allow the horses to have their heads out.  The barn aisle is equipped with ceiling fans to improve air flow in the summer.  A limited number of stalls are currently available in the main barn.  The property also houses an adjacent eight-stall barn, which is available when the main barn is at capacity.  Please see our training and services page for details about our boarding program.  
Main Aisle

Spaces for riding include a large indoor ring with mirrored sides and a heated viewing room, two outdoor sand rings, and a large grass field with natural obstacles, including a bank, dry ditch, and several stone walls. The sand footing in both outdoor rings has just recently been replaced, including complete excavation and replacement of the base and sub-base in our large outdoor ring, and improved drainage systems in both rings.  Adjacent trails through woods and meadows also provide an alternative to ring work.  Lessons and training rides are available throughout the week, in addition to coaching and preparation at horse shows.  Please see the training page for more details about our program.
